Biography:

James Buchanan "Bucky" Barnes, also known as the Winter Soldier and later White Wolf, is a complex character within the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). This version of the character is significantly featured in Avengers: Infinity War.

Originally Steve Rogers' childhood friend, Bucky was presumed dead during World War II. However, he was captured and brainwashed by HYDRA, transforming him into a formidable assassin known as the Winter Soldier. He possesses enhanced strength, agility, and a cybernetic arm, making him a deadly operative.

After decades of serving HYDRA, Bucky begins to recover his memories, leading him to seek redemption. He's shown living in Wakanda under the protection of T'Challa, where he's sometimes referred to as the White Wolf. His first appearance as the Winter Soldier in the MCU is in the film Captain America: The Winter Soldier.
